Equality Advisory Support Service (EASS)

If you think you have experienced or witnessed discrimination under the Equality Act 2010, you can get help from the EASS helpline, either by phone or through the live-chat function on their website. They can help explain what the Act says and how it applies to you, advise on how the problem could be resolved informally, refer you to a mediation service, help you work out if you can get legal aid, and show you how to start a court claim. They cannot give you legal advice.
