You'll be in a flat for between five and six people, each with a fully equipped kitchen and communal dining room. Your room will include a 3/4 bed, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom. Two price points are available, with the slightly more expensive option offering a larger corner room.

Guarantors and the booking process
A UK guarantor is required as part of the booking process at Clarence Dock Village. Your guarantor must be over 21 and should be a homeowner or in full-time employment and must be resident in the UK.
If you do not have a UK guarantor, you will be required to pay your rent in full before the date your tenancy commences.
If you are unable to provide your own UK Guarantor, Homes for Students recommend Housing Hand, their recommended Guarantor Service Provider.
