Why I chose to study at Leeds Trinity 

Receiving the best experience and support for my undergraduate course in Early Childhood studies at Leeds Trinity made me want to stay and study for a PGCE.

My best student memories

Some of my best memories were meeting some of my amazing friends and being given the opportunity to work as a student ambassador. I gained many skills throughout my time at Leeds Trinity which I am now able to use whilst teaching such as leadership and interpersonal skills.

The value of the placement programme

My placements provided me with many skills such as understanding how to overcome and solve many challenging behavioural issues. It has also given me an insight on how teaching differs within different schools and how different teaching strategies are effective in their own ways.

Inspiring others

I think that by having a positive attitude to teaching makes you an inspiring teacher, as you want to have a positive influence on these children’s life where they can enjoy and embrace education.

At Leeds Trinity you’re a name not a number, it is one of the best universities where you will receive the appropriate support required for the course.
