Building anti-racist organisations

Our anti-racist training is a series of short interactive workshops designed to support employers to build anti-racist organisations.

The training focuses on building knowledge and practical strategies for anti-racism. The content explores theory and research scholarship from the UK and international perspectives while providing historical and contemporary reflections of racism and anti-racist activism.

It includes self-reflection, group discussions and independent learning, with content tailored to the specific needs and interests of participating organisations.  The programme is designed for delivery across a wide range of sectors, including businesses, educational institutions, community organisations and public service providers.
