Help to Grow: Management Course
Transform your business with our Help to Grow: Management Course, designed for senior managers in small to medium-sized enterprises. This nationally recognised programme equips you with the skills, strategies, and insights needed to drive your business forward.
Over the course of 12 weeks, you’ll engage in a blend of online and face-to-face sessions, 1-to-1 mentoring and peer networking, all led by industry experts. This course provides practical, actionable learning to help you lead and implement meaningful change in your organisation.
Designed to accommodate your work and personal commitments, you’ll complete the programme with a business growth plan to help you lead your business to release its potential.
Fee
The course is 90% funded by the UK government and includes an additional bursary from the Leeds Trinity University Business School, meaning the cost will only be £100 registration fee.
Please note that following acceptance onto the course, this registration fee must be paid no less than two weeks before the course begins.
Eligibility Requirements
To join the Help to Grow: Management programme, the applicant must:
- Be a business owner, leader or manager with at least one direct report working in a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) based in the United Kingdom, from all business sectors, employing between five and 249 people, which has been operational for more than a year and is not a charity.
- Be a senior decision-maker, such as Chief Executive, Finance Director or Operations Director or similar. Please note, only one person per business can attend the programme.
- Commit to completing all sessions and paying the £100 registration fee.
How to Apply
If your business employs between 10 and 249 people, you can send up to two people on the course. If your business employs between five and nine employees, you can send only one person.
