What's happening?
This workshop looks at the reasons and requirements relating to registering for VAT before working through the new requirements in a practical 'question and answer' session which seeks to tailor advice about software and recording systems to the needs of individual participants. Crucially the workshop looks at what API software is and practically evaluates the use of the Cloud and packages currently available or in development.
Andy trained in Audit, Accounting and Tax planning and worked for a 'top 4' Management Consultancy company, specialising in top and bottom-line growth and business development. Later, as a managing partner of a corporate financial services provider, he specialised in working with a range of clients on new business finance, start-up and growth. After moving to Leeds Trinity University to teach Accounting and Finance he maintained an interest in entrepreneurship, business growth and development, working with the Northern Leadership Academy, Business Link and the Regional Development Agency on projects to deliver advice and assistance to range of businesses across the North of England.

Businesses up to three years old with a desire to grow are eligible to attend this event. You might also be eligible for support through the Ad:Venture programme, including access to free workshops and funding.
