University announces new senior roles to support ambitions for enhanced graduate outcomes

Leeds Trinity University has invested in new senior leadership roles to support its ambitions for enhanced graduate outcomes and student experience, as part of the new Strategic Plan being developed for 2021-2026.

The University has announced a number of new senior roles ahead of the 2021/22 academic year to support plans for excellent learning and teaching with particular focus on employability and enhanced graduate outcomes. 

The latest roles will be positioned across the University, including Dean of the School of Social and Health Sciences, Director of the Centre of Excellence for Learning and Teaching, and Director of Graduate Outcomes and Enterprise. 

As Leeds Trinity prepares for the 2021/22 academic year, successful applicants will play an integral role in championing and delivering the University’s areas of strategic focus being developed under the leadership of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Charles Egbu. This includes providing an excellent student learning experience and prioritising ambitions for careers and enterprise by: 

  • Enhancing synergies between research, knowledge exchange and taught provision across existing research areas
  • Building a staffing plan to support the development of existing staff at all levels, as well as new appointments, to deliver the strategy
  • Introducing the Centre of Excellence for Learning and Teaching
