Would you like a professional career in health and social care, working to tackle health inequalities and advocate good health outcomes for users of health-related services?

Our Health and Social Care degree will allow you to develop the advanced knowledge, values, resilience and employability skills needed to become a leader and influencer to help meet the needs of the health and social care sector. 

You'll examine health and social care from national and global perspectives considering cultural values and beliefs, enabling you to deliver compassionate, high-quality, inclusive care and services for individuals, families, and communities.

Your lecturers will use their up-to-date practitioner and research experience to help you develop theoretical knowledge and practical know-how.

You'll gain experience in different health and social care settings through professional work placements, giving you the chance to deepen your knowledge and put newly-learned skills into practice.
